Several people recently have suggested I make an apple and brie grilled cheese, so, tired of hearing about how good it would be, I finally decided to give it a try. I searched online for different sandwich recipes to base my own sandwich on; I found quite a few unique recipes, some that didn't sound very good to me (brie, apples and mustard for instance). The recipe I loosely based my sandwich on was from Weight Watchers Web site. This time I included somewhat of a tutorial video. The result:
Ingredients
Bread (2 slices)
Brie cheese
Apple (Fuji or Granny Smith, several slices)
Onion (preferably sweet)
Apple juice (about a 1/2 cup)

That one looks pretty good! You inspired me to make my own grilled cheese last week :) (It was just a plain one though with no accessories :P)
ReplyDeleteWell next time you should try this one : )
